Dining Facility and Services


Lunch at Schechter is a time to nourish, socialize, and relax before an afternoon of engaged learning. Students can bring a dairy or pareve (eggs and fish) lunch from home or purchase a hot kosher meal from Schechter’s dining facility. Our cafeteria, run by devoted parent volunteers, offers hot lunch five days a week for all students.

Daily options include a salad bar, featured entrees (ranging from grilled cheese and tomato soup to chicken stir-fry), fresh fruit and vegetables. Additionally, a “sweet treat” is available three times a week.

Regularly scheduled meal themes:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday — dairy meal
  • Tuesday, Thursday — meat meal

Purchase options

Student may purchase lunch regularly or occasionally, either online or on site.
